Before embarking on any health or wellness endeavor, please use caution and seek additional advice as warranted.
We do not know your educational background, your skills, your prior experience, or the time you can and will devote to the course of action. Many factors will be important in determining your actual results and no guarantees are made that you will achieve results similar to ours or anybody else’s.
The email series is provided at no cost. All pricing, payment terms, and billing details for our Programs, Products, and Services will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. If a Program, Product, or Service involves recurring charges (such as a subscription or membership), this will be explicitly stated within the description so you are fully informed before committing.
If at any time you wish to remove yourself from the email series, we highly suggest you email us or text our support line. We can manually remove your email tag from any specific correspondence and still allow you to receive other information or correspondence from HH&W.
If you unsubscribe directly, it is difficult to resubscribe and our system may not distinguish the specific list you are removing yourself from, instead removing you from all correspondence, lists, and communication. You may not be able to opt in to future opportunities. We apologize for the inconvenience. Simply reply to any email if you wish to unsubscribe with your specific request and we will keep your options open.
